Staying Fluid
Don’t be fooled by the postcard blue skies above picture – it’s been raining buckets here in northern California and the foul weather has been wreaking havoc on our ability to finalize a place to call home for the week. Due to flooding and concerns that trees may topple over, all coastal state parks in this region remain closed … and likely will be for a few more days in anticipation of additional rain throughout the week.
Ideally, we would simply pull-up anchor and migrate further north towards Oregon, but we’re awaiting mail in Mendocino, so we find ourselves in a holding pattern. Today, we are stalling on any decision by street surfing outside the Fort Bragg library during our work day.
Such is life on the road …
